it’s the picturesque sunny desert landscape that you crave, or a fantastic family Disney experience, or maybe just a boat outing splashing around at the lake, our properties are ones that will intrigue you, create fun-filled memories, and entice you to return.
We’ve compiled a list of most commonly asked questions. If you have any other questions please reach out to us directly.
In addition to the Nightly Rental rate, the following will be added on to your final amount:
-Cleaning Fee (AZ- $200, FL-$350, MO-$200)
-Tax – varies per property/location
-Refundable Damage Deposit ($500) and Damage Protection Insurance fee ($79).
If you were to book through Vrbo, HomeAway, AirBnB or any other third party website, you would pay the Service fee charged by that website. If you book direct with us on our website, there is no additional service fee charged to you.
You will first receive a confirmation email from us with important details about the home and surrounding area. You will then receive your key instructions email the day prior to your arrival. For our Florida home, you will also receive the resort amenity/neighborhood pass email that gives you access to the resort and neighborhood. We encourage all our guests to review the emails carefully, as they contain a lot of important information about our homes and surrounding areas. They also contain important check out procedures that will need to be completed prior to your departure!
Owner’s Cancellation Policy: 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date, 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date
*Cancellations must be made by 11:59:59 PM on the appropriate day.
-Replace all furniture, toys, pool toys, strollers, pack n play, crib etc back in their original place
-Please empty the refrigerator and dispose of all leftover food and trash. All trash must be in tied trash bags and put out for pickup.
-Dispose all trash in the appropriate trash receptacle. If there is excess trash, please dispose them in the one of the dumpsters in the resort.
-Load the dishwasher with all the used dishes, and start the dishwasher. All dishes should be left CLEAN.
-Please clean and unplug the coffee maker and other kitchen appliances
-Set all thermostats to the “AWAY” setting. In FL, set to “cool” at temp of 78 degrees.
-Please be sure all patio furniture is put back position and under the overhang of the patio. Please replace grill cover. In AZ, replace all patio furniture cushions back to garage shelving and cover furniture in back patio.
-If security cameras were unplugged during your stay, please re-plug upon checkout.
-Double-check that you’ve taken all your belongings.
-Finally, lock all the windows and doors and head back home with happy memories!
-AZ: The trash collection day is Friday. Please insure the black and blue recycle trash receptacles are on the curb on Thursday night.
-FL: Trash is collected daily. Please keep all trash contained in tied trash bags and leave in trash receptacle outside front door.
-Upon departure, please remove all trash from indoor trash bins and leave in the assigned trash receptacles.

First class Damage Protection Policy – protecting you and our homes from those accidents that can happen along the way. Our $79 fee covers up to $3000 in potential liabilities.
